Volunteering at Gingerwood
Gingerwood extends a heartfelt Thank You to all of the spirited Volunteers from the community of Stanhope Beach and beyond who work in every aspect of planning for the show and the delivery of the many services and support during the events. It is their time and effort that makes the Annual Charity Shows at Gingerwood a resounding success.
Please fill out the
Volunteer sign up form and outlining your interest in joining us as a valued volunteer. Outline your area of interest and skills that you can bring to the events.
The 2011 Gingerwood Charity Horse Shows take place from August 1 - 7..
The time commitment requires that you are available a few hours each day at both shows.
Positions include sponsor & event support, ring crew, parking, canteen, raffle ticket sales, exhibitor prizes and site transportation.
We will be happy to provide a letter of reference for your volunteer effort.
